“A good place to stay, very friendly & helpful staff”

“What is great? Overall Property location, staff, rooms and maintenance and services are great. You can walk to Har ki Paudi and Roopeway to Mansa Devi easily in addition to being close to famous eateries and markets. What are the challenges? 1. Near by area stinks of cow dung and is messy (but then this is Har ki Paudi, Haridwar). 2. “It was overall good stay”

“The property is undoubtedly one of the best properties of Haridwar and our stay at this property was really awesome and a memorable one. The property is situated at a very good location and the local commute is available right in front of the hotel. The check-in process was really smooth and effortless. The food was really delicious and sumptuous. The room and washroom were really clean and the interiors of the room was immaculate and rooms are well appointed and really spacious. The soft skills...

“Not satisfactory.”

“Hotel was mismanaged. Very old and not properly cleaned.”

“Good clean rooms with very helpful staffs. ”

“Excellent spot, 10mins walk from the Ganga River and in a good shopping area! Very kind staffs and the room was clean and tidy!”

“Good hotel in a convenient location. However, be prepared for a lot of noise, especially is your room heads to the main road. But being so close to the train and bus stations is a clear advantage. Staff was nice, room was ok. Wifi worked erratically.”

“Room was confortable, bed was fine. Sheets were clean. Location was perfect. However, the bathroom wasn't even cleaned. Disgusting ”

“I booked the place for my parents, they were very happy from the services provided by their staff. They are very professional, friendly and do look after their customers. Food was delicious too as Breakfast and either lunch or dinner were included in the price. Definitely worth staying there and would love to go back there whenever visiting Haridwar ”
