“Everything great!”

“Everything about Kizen Villa was magnificent. The hosts were so friendly and interesting. They love meeting people from all over the world and they do everything possible to ensure an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We had more space than we could have ever hoped for staying in Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and the washer/dryer was very useful as well as the kitchen. I am so happy we stayed here.”

“Very clean. Delicious breakfast. Laundry made the stay easier”

“Comodidad”

“Excelente”

“Really cool spot to stay if your solo traveling and so close to takanobaba station!!”

“Habitación reducida y hay un error en su ubicación y te manda a otro lado, cuidado con eso.”

“Homely little place nestled within walking distance to everything. The bar when you walk in is a nice touch—you don’t have to drink in order to appreciate it as a gathering place, and opportunity to converse with fellow travelers.”

“Todo muy bien ”

“Ubicacion excelente, el presonal fue muy amable y servicial. Cabe destacar que el hotel tiene una estética muy occidental, salvo por los cuartos tradicionales. La comida del cafe no es tan sabrosa pero es una opcion si se desea. Se puede obtener ya sea con la habitacion o por fuera. Fuera de eso, el precio por noche es mi principal crítica, puede que sea un poco elevado pero dada la atencion no me queda muy claro. Fuera de eso recomendada!”

“Almost like a cabin/mobile home accommodation. It was very clean and modern. We had no issues checking in. Although it is a short walk to the nearest station and only 2 stops to shinjuku it felt far out of the city, and it was in a very residential area. Additionally, the walls are like paper and you could hear other guests in the early hours of the morning. For the same price there is better accommodation located closer to the city. It was nice but personally wouldn’t recommend over other...

“My first time staying long term at a love hotel and WOW, what a great experience. Staff is very friendly and professional. Staff speaks English so it made things a lot easier. This hotel provides an insane amount of free amenities, including alcohol and other drinks. I don't drink alcohol but it's there if you do. Overall a great experience, I plan to stay here again on the future if it's available for my next trip.”

“Me gustó la limpieza del hotel en general, la limitante es solo el espacio.”

“Felt great to have an apartment right outside of Shinjuku. It was nice to come back to this home and pass out for the night. Would 10/10 recommend for a single person or couple. ”

“This hotel is great location close to subway station, restaurants and convenience stores. Atmosphere is great. Amenities is self serve pickup at lobby shampoos, PJ, razors, bath bomb etc. In-room water boiler, slippers, water, coffee, tea, mini-refrigerator. I usually like Japanese style Tatami room but not this hotel. I find my friend western standard room much more spacious and has an extra L shape couch. 2nd floor has 24hrs lounge access by room key only. With some sweet and drink good...
