“Nice sized cottage. Had everything we needed. Felt the mattress was in need of being replaced. Wi-Fi was sketchy, but maybe because there were some storms while we were there. Overall it was a very nice place. Super convenient to walk the downtown area.”

“My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. Having said that, it's a great, quiet location by a lovely stream. Not as nice as expected, but...

“This is a great house in a great location for inter-generational guests. We had two sets of elderly grandparents who needed private bathrooms and limited stairs. There are three wonderful large bedrooms on the main floor, 2 with their own bathrooms. The living room is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is connected so you can cook and still be part of the action. The third floor was great for our teenage/adult children. “6 of us stayed at the house to visit family in nearby Castalian Springs . We took a day trip to Nashville and a night trip there the next day. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub, the home was clean and spacious. Owner was helpful and kind. We saw lots of deer on the property and enjoyed being near family for a short visit.
