“Everything was great. Location perfect.”

“This place was massive. Huge living area and kitchen. Couch was really comfortable (I know I wouldn’t usually review a couch it was that good). We were a large group of 11 with teens kids and adults and it worked out well. Property has some wear and tear that you would expect from a rental but overall it was clean and everything was in working order. Blake the property manager was excellent. “Place was great plenty of room for 9 of us. Lots of bathroom and sleeping space. Cool outdoor views and 9 uber ride to broadway. Just was responsive and we hand no issues. It is a little tricky to find this particular unit with all in the units there but nothing crazy. I’d stay here again as it was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve used. ”

“It was a nice small house in the very popular area of Germantown. The private parking lot in back of the house had plenty of free parking. We went to ten restaurants in the area by foot. The only drawback we had was trying to figure out the shower.”

“Spent the week in Nashville for a softball tournament. The house was perfect. Enough space for my wife and I along with our three daughters. It was clean and you can tell they take pride in their property. Had every accommodation we needed as far as utensils, plates, towels etc. Very professional in their communications and even though we did not need assistance, we knew they would be available. ”

“My friends and I got this place for the Coldplay concert and it was amazing! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It is so close to downtown Nashville, but far enough that you have a quiet sleep. There is also a town right next to the home, where you can go bar hopping, grab dinner, or get a coffee in the morning. Thank you so much!”

“Four couples stayed in this house for a fun packed visit to Nashville. Owners are great and communication was very good. This home served all needs and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if had the opportunity ”

It was bad weather so we weren’t able to use hot tub but it was available for us. 15 minute Uber drive to heart of Nashville. Our dog was with us which we enjoyed the opportunity. “Perfect house for 8 adults going to concert at Titans stadium. Quick drive back and forth to Broadway. Had a great time. No issues. Host was great. ”

“Our family (numbering 17-29, depending on the day.) had a wonderful time. The home, pool, and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Monica was always available by text and responded promptly. When the internet was unresponsive after a power outage, a technician was at the house in less than an hour and promptly solved the problem. As a bonus, Franklin turned out to be a delightful town with a vibrant downtown area. And of course, Nashville was a stone's throw away and enjoyed by all ......
