“The house was great, very clean, and had everything we needed. It was lovely and roomy. ”

We stayed for two nights and found this to be perfectly situated away from the bustle of Rotorua, but still close enough to go into town for some excellent food and entertainment. 10 out of 10!”

“Room was clean and tidy. However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks”

“Nice sized rooms and good facilities and utensils, however the place was a bit shoddy and looks far better in the photos than real life. Standards of cleaning were also not what I would expect. Imagine the house would be very cold in winter. Views were lovely. Walk to town in about 20/30 minutes. ”

“Nice place with a fabulous view of the lake and access to it. It was close to town and main tourist attractions like Te Puia and the pickup location for the Hobbiton Tour. Midge flies don’t bite but they’re a nuisance. If you’re in and around Rotorua there is the smell of sulphur which takes getting used to.”

“Just a short stay for us and it suited our needs perfectly. Great location with a few minutes from Golf Course and only 10mins to the lake front. Lovely and clean.”
