“The only reason we decided to stay at the hotel was they offered ‘free airport shuttle’ but they don’t start until 9 am we find out until we got there, se end up getting a taxi. They should a time schedule for their airport shuttle when they advertise it.”

“The room was very dirty. Bed sheets had spots on it. Washroom was not clean at all. We called the manger to show him the room . Then he called house keeping guy and he changed the bed sheets and clean the washroom while we were standing in the room. Toilet and sink was filthy. The TV screen was broken. The shower tray was uneven, causing water to pool instead of draining properly. Air conditioner was making a loud noise. which made the stay uncomfortable, especially after a long drive. We took...

“We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at the Lodge at Skeena Landing. Our room was updated, spacious, clean, comfortable, and in fact, exceeded our expectations in every way. It was raining so we couldn't enjoy the deck, but we definitely enjoyed our private view into the woods. Check in and check out was quick and easy peasy.”
