“This was one of the cleaner VRBO properties that I have stayed. check-in had a small hurdle, as the key fobs were recently updated prior to our arrival and failed to work properly. But we had good communication with the host and were given the gate code to enter the property. No real issues or concerns with the place and we would recommend it to folks needing a place to stay near MD Anderson.”

“The property was very clean and spacious. However the upstairs neighbors would stomp around above the first bedroom twice a day in the early morning and late at night past 10pm, for at least an hour to an hour and a half. Very inconsiderate. ”

“Booking and communication with host was easy. The area is well monitored by law enforcement. Visible homeless in the area, but not instrusive. The parking garage and building are very secure. This unit has a designated parking spot with fob access to the building. The unit was clean and plenty of space with many extra amenities. Patio. Bed was comfortable. 10 minute walk to NRG, entry at gate 11, for rodeo we cut thru Holiday Inn and caught the tram to the NRG center. Overall a wonderful space....
