"This is a nice little place if you’re traveling on a budget. It has a fenced in back yard, that was great for our dogs, traveling with us. The second bed is extra firm/hard. My kids did not like sleeping on it. The washer and dryer are nice and are easy to work. The owner was professionally responsive to most issues that arose. However, when I booked my stay, the listing showed a hot tub under amenities. The owner did not want to provide any compensation for leaving early, due to the property...

"We were in town to drop of our son to the University of Wyoming. The location is just a short drive from the university with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The staff was nice and the room was clean. Beds also comfortable, breakfast had a good selection of food and plenty of parking. The only issue was the firm alarm went off at 7a one of the mornings and kept going off every 5 minutes. Absolutely no direction was given from the staff and we along with other guests were just wandering...
