Tienes que subir 60 peldaños en una escalera de caracol muy estrecha y a continuacion subir otro tramo de escaleras metalicas, igualmente estrechas y sin barandilla de proteccion. No es recomendable ni para mayores ni para niños. Tampoco es accesible el acceso a la cama, al estar situado en un altillo complicado de alcanzar y de minimas dimensiones donde no puedes ponerte de pie. “Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles, was man braucht, ist da! Lage etwas außerhalb, aber die Bushaltestelle war nah und man war sehr schnell mitten in der Stadt.”

“Loved the AC! Our room was facing the courtyard so it was peaceful and quiet. It was close to all the attractions we went to as well as the trams, but we just walked everywhere. The bed was actually comfortable for me”

“The unit was perfect for us! We chose this unit to be close to family wedding events. It was clean and has great views. The underground parking was a plus, but the vehicle elevator was confusing. The staff at ARCA Mgmt was responsive and worked to resolve small issues. This location is one block from the Tram stop, a short walk to many shops and restaurants but in the Financial District so quiet in the evenings. We would stay here again.”
