“2 dias antes recibi un correo del hotel cancelando la reservación indicándome que me comunicara con EXPEDIA empresa con la que yo no tuve nada que ver ya que íntegramente realice la reserva con Hoteles.com Me comunique a Hoteles.com en 2 ocasiones tratando de llamadas de muy larga duración (mas de 20 min cada una) y el la que nunca al parecer pudieron contactar adecuadamente al hotel y como en el sistema de Hoteles.com aparecía mi reserva aun vigente decidí presentarme al hotel a mi llegada a...

“BEWARE! The owner did not provide the details for the lockbox unless the cleaning fee was paid in advance (and asking for more than advertised). The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you!”
