“First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

“We were there for a wedding on-site, so was very convenient for us! The wedding party ended up using it for getting ready, which was super nice. The unit is well equipped for a beach stay, down to including books for that beach read, puzzles and games- including video game unit, beach toys, fans, well- equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. “We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Winds! The host was wonderful and communicated very well! The house was clean and welcoming with beautiful views of the ocean and the outdoor pool.
