“Have stayed a few times at this hotel and it's clean, comfy and convenient. Front desk staff great you with a warm hello on arrival. The room is well appointed with everything we needed. Lots of parking available. The local club is located next door and does great meals. ”

“I called to see if they could advise secure off Street parking. They were abrupt and unhelpful. We didn’t sleep a wink worried about our trailer on car, parked on the street. There was a group of youths walking past when we went out to check at 8.30pm. We left at 2.30am from worry. When we left there was plenty of available parking areas in the Motel off street parking. They just didn’t want to be helpful.”

“The room was clean and the staff were lovely but there is a strange sewer smell coming from the plug holes in the floor in the bathroom that was a little unpleasant and as there is no sink to wash dishes it would be great if the crockery could be refreshed especially for a week long stay ”

“We paid $647 to stay 1 night & no breakfast. We paid $400 extra because there was a function in the town! This was very unfair! We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary & told the hotel as we had stayed there a lot, but not even a cheap bottle of wine!!! Will not stay again & will spread the word !!!!”

“This was my second stay at this hotel. The room was a decent size, clean, and comfortable for the duration of the stay. The bathroom was also a good size. The carpet in the room had some stains, which I have also noticed at several other hotels during my travels in Australia. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A big plus was the location. Baylis Street offers plenty of shops and dining options within easy walking distance of the hotel. There is also a gas (petrol)...
