"I stayed at this hotel recently, and the lobby service was very poor. The woman who checked me in was rude and unwelcoming. Later that night, I asked about coffee, and the man at the front desk didn’t even respond verbally, he only used gestures and didn’t acknowledge me properly, which felt very disrespectful. Breakfast lacked variety and was almost the same every day. The only highlight was two members of the breakfast staff, especially a Hispanic lady who was very kind and attentive. Overall, if you are looking for friendly service, this is not the place. I would not stay here again."

"Pague extra por habitación frente a la alberca pero me dieron un cuarto hasta la esquina entonces jamás podía ver la alberca. Necesitaba estar checando a mi hija de 8 años! Lo peor fue encontrar basura de comida y cajas de comida en el balcón . Decidí ir a recepción y explicar la situación y me dieron otro cuarto justo abajo del otro donde de igual manera no se veía la alberca!"

"El hotel está frente a la playa muy conveniente su ubicación, mi habitación muy limpia, el personal muy amable, el desayuno buffet muy delicioso aunque se debe pagar dieciocho dolares por persona osea no está incluido en el precio de la habitación pero valió la pena, definitivamente iremos otra vez al hotel! Muy tranquilo y relajado! Gracias"
