“Gardenia Suite is a great place for a weekend or an extended stay. In our case, it was a little home away from home for a GM internship (located near the plant). The room and bathroom are great. I think the only opportunity is to make the washer/dryer a stackable so the kitchenette could be a little more functional and elaborate. All in all, great value, great communication, and a great place to stay in a small gem called Spring Hill.”

“Quiet and safe neighborhood. Clean little home, Great place for me and my dog. Easy access to downtown Franklin”

“Checking in took less than two minutes, which I appreciated after traveling all day. The tea maker was handy too.”

“Clean rooms with air conditioning were essential during our stay, and they delivered just that.”

“There were dead bugs and the toilet seat wasnt cleaned when we arrived. We did not realize it was a basement dwelling until that morning when we received a message. The husband was kind. We were visiting family and respected the quiet hours, there was a large yard and I have young kids so I thought it was easier to have family come over to play pictionary while kids played outside. My family consisted of 4 people coming over, whish apparently was not allowed and they left by quiet hours, which...

“Very responsive to all my questions. Beautiful view out of all windows. I had a door that opened out to deck with 3 rocking chairs. Very lush. No drinks or food on property. One needs to drive into town for restaurants and grocery. I enjoyed my time there. Very peaceful and quiet.”

“Very clean and cute rental! So close to all the shops and restaurants in town.”
