It was a super great home, we totally enjoyed the fireplace and coziness of the home. But 2 days after we got home we were plagued with Pontic fever, bad body aches congestion tightness in the whole upper body, fever chills, nausea I had it for 6 days, hubby around 5 days. I text the manager and told him what happened and he made up a story of how it was drained two days before which was a lie because we met the new hot tub guy and he told us that it was his first time there. He was not there 2 days before he told us himself. The manager did nothing t get back to us until I test and demanded he contact me or I would call the health dept. he call just to lie to us with saying it was dumped ahead of us, we made him promise it would be dumped so no one else gets sick! I feel because of it lasting so long and how serious this was we should be refunded or credited to stay at a different place of our choice! This is a law suit but we are hoping you make things right to avoid court!
