“Cozy place to stay, loved the privacy and really enjoyed the animals. Feeding the donkey, sheep and alpacas was great thank you.”

“We were keen to try a tiny house experience. We were of the impression from the photos that we would be in a tiny place that was looking at a lake and secluded. Instead No water views and houses nearby. However it was clean, quiet and good for a single night stay. It was also a hot night and no windows to open for cross breeze so we were reliant on air con. :(”

“* Kitchen & Safety: The kitchen sink mixer is loose and splashes water everywhere. More concerningly, floor tiles leading up to the staircase are missing and loose, creating a sharp hazard and a serious trip risk. * Bathrooms: Door handles in both bathrooms are broken, making them very difficult to operate. * Cleanliness & Outdoor Area: The outdoor area and BBQ were in an unacceptable, unsanitary condition. “Felt very welcomed on entering this beautiful home, Large spacious home well appointed facilities and heaps of space to have the whole family enjoy our time together. It had been touch and go as to whether the recent bushfires would put a stop to our stay. The communication with the Book High Country team, was exceptional. Loved the fact that we could assist with pumping our tourist into the local traders community.Thoroughly enjoyed our annual family get together, with family members...

While the property itself certainly was, the neighbours clearly aren't as welcoming of dogs. We returned from going out to find a rather unpleasant letter stuck to the door after our dogs had barked while they were outside during the day. It left us feeling a little uncomfortable and detracted from an otherwise lovely...

“We are satisfied during our stay for 2 nights! The house was so big, very clean and it has complete stuff! Even board games, they provided a lot that kids was really enjoying it. We enjoyed the ping pong also, overall it was fantastic. Cheaper, very affordable price for 5 bedrooms. Love it! Thank you, we have so much fun staying in your house!”

“We found the property to be very well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. Check in process was easy and we really enjoyed our short time there and will keep it at front of mind for future stays. ”

“Beautiful property with amazing views. Our only issue was the noise from the pool pump, it was very loud and difficult to sleep in. Previous tenant had left their rubbish which was not removed by the cleaners.”
