“ The hotel needs a complete refurb. The room allocated to us was of poor quality and standard. There was no wardrobe hanging space for ladies dresses and no drawers for storing other clothes. The plug was missing from the bath and the taps were dripping in the bathroom sink. The positive was that the staff were attentive and helpful and the food (breakfast) was excellent. We would not stay here again.”

“It was snowing when we arrived. The room was very cold because of no heating. I returned to reception, complained and the heating was connected, After a few hours the room heated up. At 2 am I woke up. The room was very cold and without heating. I called reception for more that 30 minutes but no one answered. In the morning I complained. The hotel answered that there was nothing that could be done. No shampoo in the room. I will not return. Not recommendable.”

Bonito edificio y agradable zona de "SPA"
"Tan solo estuvimos una noche, pero el hotel cumplió con las expectativas. Las habitaciones modernas y cómodas. Teníamos acceso al GYM y al SPA (piscina y saunas) debido al tipo de reserva, pero el acceso NO se incluye en todas las reservas. La piscina es "familiar", no se trata de una piscina para nadar, aunque se puede nadar si se quiere. Las saunas están en el mismo espacio y algún jacuzzi también. El agua de la piscina y las bañeras de hidromasaje estaba bastante fría (al menos para un Español), pero las saunas ayudaban con eso!"
