As you step out of the complex, you'll find yourself directly on the main avenue, with direct access to the beautiful Playa Grande and the beach avenue, where you can enjoy a variety of bars, restaurants, and shops. This makes it perfect if you don't have a car, as all services are within reach.



Despite its central location, the surroundings are surprisingly quiet, ensuring a relaxing stay. The complex features a swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and stunning sea views.



The property has one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, a large built-in wardrobe, and a television.



The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed, a Smart TV with international channels, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout the property. It also connects to a cozy dining area with a table and chairs and a small balcony overlooking the garden.



The bathroom includes a modern shower and a hairdryer, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: induction cooktop, oven, toaster, capsule coffee machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, and complete kitchenware.
