Casa Jaime es una villa de lujo de dos dormitorios y dos baños con una piscina muy privada.

Situada en la zona de Los Pocillos de Puerto del Carmen, esta villa típica de estilo canario está convenientemente ubicada en un entorno muy privado y muy relajante, a poca distancia de la playa, tiendas, restaurantes y bares.

Se accede a la villa a través de una pequeña pasarela abierta entre dos villas similares. La puerta principal se abre hacia el área de la piscina muy privada y aislada.

La piscina se calienta eléctricamente y se mantiene a una temperatura de 28 grados durante todo el año.

La puerta de entrada a la villa se encuentra en una terraza cubierta al frente de la propiedad. La terraza exterior tiene una cómoda zona de asientos, ideal para tomar un café por la mañana o tomar una copa al sol por la noche.

La puerta de entrada se abre a la sala de estar y cocina abierta totalmente equipada, hay un pasillo corto que conduce a las habitaciones y al baño.

1 dormitorio tiene una cama doble y cuarto de baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo.

2 dormitorios con dos camas individuales. El segundo baño está equipado con bañera y ducha fija.

La villa está equipada con un sistema de alarma electrónica.

This was our 3rd stay in Casa Jamie and although the location is fantastic for us, the villa itself is now a little tired and in need of upgrade and maintenance.The pool needs attention, the sun loungers and outside furniture are very tired and internally it’s now dated and could be so much better with a few improvements.I don’t like to give a poor review but I must be honest and say we will look for another villa in the same area for our next visit but if improvements are made we would consider staying again.

Casa Jamie is a beautiful villa and a real home from home with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The 3 outdoor seating areas are fab and offer both sunshine and shade and the pool is perfect for cooling down on really hot days. Overall, this is an amazing villa which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach, bars and restauraunts. Thanks Conor, we will definitely be back again!

Fantastic property we will return

This is a fantastic property in a great location and very quiet. Rooms are spacious and clean and has everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms also have air conditioning. The pool is also a great area and a good size. Ideal for a family. There is shaded areas as well during the day. You are very close to the beach and supermarket. Taxis and buses are also nearby. There are a few restaurants nearby and you are also not too far way from the main strip. Communication with the owner is excellent. During our 10 night stay the pool was cleaned twice and the villa was cleaned half way during our stay. We will definitely return to this property.

Had a lovely 10 night stay at this villa, the location is close to all amenities, but yet the area is lovely and quiet. there is plenty of space around the pool, you can have sunshine or shade whenever you wish. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this villa and hope to return again.

Very well laid out ,cleanKitchen - everything you need Lounge good size although light bulbs need sorting in lounge ceiling light - one had blown one flickered and also different colours in bulbs that’s me being fussy .Bedrooms very good Pool area good and ample seating and umbrellas and pool towels tooNear to beach and restaurants. Bus close by and taxis too We went by bus to Arrecife busses very easy to use villa Very private and quiet and close to airport

Great place

A lovely place with plenty of room. The outside area is particularly pleasant, with great views. A short walk to the sea and restaurants and not too far to walk into the heart of Puerto del Carmen. Highly recommended.

Lovely Villa photos don't do it justice.

My wife and I enjoyed the private and secure location of this villa. There was just the two of us however the internal rooms are generously proportioned with good space for a family of four. All areas were really clean and well equipped and professionally presented. The queen size bed in the main bedroom was most comfortable and much better than some I've had in hotels also bedding is of of a good standard.Air con was excellent.A welcome pack of milk water and bottle of wine when we arrived was much appreciated. Ample parking in the roadway just outside for our hire car though the car is not needed if you enjoy a short stroll to restaurants bars in Los Picollos or more 20-30 minute energetic and lively outing into Playa Del carmen The heated pool a decent size was cleaned twice during our weeks stay and warm enough of to swim in without gritting your teeth as can happen this time of year.There are different sunbathing/sitting areas around the villa all with plenty of sunbeds armchairs and tables so you can find the sun anytime of the day.As my above title says the pictures certainly do not do this lovely villa justice.

Fantastic wee villa, very well equipped. Everything works perfectly and the place is spotlessly clean.In a great area, very quiet but close enough to shops, bars e.t.c. to mean you can get by without hiring a car.Conor answered any questions quickly and was a great host.

Been visiting Lanarote for 36 years, this villa has the best beds ever. First villa with a shopping trolley, helps with the beer! Everything on your doorstep. Plenty of outside seating areas

A great find.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Casa Jaime. All communication was fantastic and nothing was a problem. The villa is situated in a great position with plenty shops and wonderful restaurants an easy 10-15 mins walk away (5 mins to the shop at the bottom of the road and beach). It took us 6 mins in a taxi from the airport - perfect. The outdoor space is fabulous and there is so much space. The photos definitely don’t do it justice. We loved all the loungers, eating areas and sun umbrellas. The house had everything we needed (including a shopping trolley). The welcome pack was much appreciated. We would highly recommend this lovely private villa. Thank you.
