  • Enjoy breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea, they run to the beach and in the evening for dinner. Relax by the pool of manicured grounds and feel right at home in our fully furnished apartment.
    The 2015 entirely renovated apartment offers a perfect base for a beach holiday and the island of Lanzarote with its volcanoes and attractions to discover. Those looking to stay at the site does not require a car, everything is within walking distance. Wifi Internet access is included in the price.

The balcony has a fantastic panoramic view. The room is nice and clean. Good contact with host even though it took us 2 hours to get through security. Would stay again

Fijn appartement op heel goede locatie.

Ons verblijf is heel goed bevallen, het gemoedelijke complex is rustig gelegen, maar toch dichtbij alle levendigheid van Puerto en op loopafstand(trappen) van een mooi strand.

Would come back

Fantastic location, 5 mins from beach, 5 mins to strip, 5 mins to harbour, 2 mins to little supermarkets, 5 mins to big supermarket. Very clean. Fantastic views! Communal pool area nice and quiet.

Beautiful

Beautiful apartment! Sun on balcony all day with a wonderful view. Very clean and comfortable apartment and Angeles is a very helpful host. This was our second stay and will definitely book again.

Great apartment!

This was our 3rd stay at this wonderful apartment.Very comfortable and clean. Great location Would have re booked for next year but someone beat us to it! Will be back at sometime in the future.

Short stay

Very nice apartment in a quiet complex, ideal for walking down to The Strip. Excellent balcony with stunning sea views. The apartment had everything we needed but we could have done with more explanation as to how certain things worked with the hob, the TV and the washing machine. The pool area was clean and there were plenty enough sunbeds. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Little gem

We had a delightful two weeks here. The apartment is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and planned. It had everything we needed, including cleaning products, which is always appreciated. South facing balcony gave us sun all day so we could make the most of the weather. Very close to the main strip with the beach, and convenient for the old town, which we love. Already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Angeles.

Had a lovely time in this beautiful apartment. Only wish I was staying longer. Will definitely return. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as lots of steps to negotiate to get to apartment complex and once inside complex more stairs.

Excellent location, great accommodations

This apartment is located about a five minute walk to the beach, and the main strip along the beachfront. There are many grocery stores within walking distance (5 to 10 minutes). The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular. Many thanks to Angeles.

Helichos Apartment (no11)

This apartment is stunning and a credit to the owner. Easy communication with Angeles. We was met at the gates and taken to apartment. It is fabulous. Everything you need and a complimentary bottle of wine,which is a lovely touch. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Lovely quiet, clean pool. A choice of supermarkets close by. And a stones throw away from an array of great bars and some fantastic restaurants. All in all,a fabulous apartment and a credit to Angeles. We will definitely be booking again.

Perfect small home from home

The property is great, mainly due to the perfect sea view from the balcony and the close proximity to the ‘strip’ and beach near the old town. Also close to Biosfera shopping center. Lovely interior, good internet, and great security with private locked gates. You have to climb a few steps or a steep hill though, if you walk back from the town. The pool area is clean and quiet. Pool is nice and big enough for a good swim. Not many guests around. Exactly as described and shown on pictures. We’ll be back!

This was the 2nd time I had been there and was a bit unhappy at the cleanliness of it this time. When I went to go to bed I pulled back the sheet and it was all crumpled like the bedding hadn't been changed since the previous guests. The rest of the apt was good but the settee could do with being replaced as the cushions have become to thin and you can feel the underneath. Saying all that I would still go again as the location is fantastic and the views are amazing.

Great location, great view!

We stayed for a week in early June. Christian, the owner, was extremely helpful and flexible when we met to get the keys. Friendly and welcoming, he showed us around the apartment and advised us on the local area and how to make the most of our stay. The apartment remains at a comfortable temperature day and night. The view from the balcony is simply stunning with sweeping views of the sea and the northern hills of Fuerteventura. It also sees the sun all day from dusk til dawn! The location is perfect in a quiet safe neighbourhood surrounded by apartment complexes, secured by locked gates. It is extremely quiet for how central it is, with many great bars and restaurants on the strip a short walk down the hill, or stairs alternatively. A large shopping centre and the old town are a 5 minute walk in the other direction. The pool area is tidy and nicely kept with communal sunbeds - we did find unfortunately these were often "reserved" (against the list of complex rules) so be sure to head down early. There is a shop a minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend, would definitely revisit and couldn't imagine a Puerto del Carmen holiday spent anywhere else!

Magnifico

Christian es muy amable, nos hizo un resumen de la isla e imprescindible para visitar, nos recogió en la parada del autobús porque le venía paso, y si tenias dudas te atendía rapidísimo por el whatsapp. El apartamento es muy bonito, muy bien decorado y completo de utensilios incluso cosas imprescindibles como sal, azúcar... Aparte de la excelente ubicación y según mi viaje en la mejor playa. La zona está llena de restauración (muy "guiri" por cierto), comercios y supermercados. En general, muy recomendable y para mí un acierto!

Quiet, clean, excellent location and view.Angeles was the perfect host and generouly afforded us a late check out.No scrabble for sunbeds around the pool, with 2 extremely comfortable sunbeds on the balcony.Some days we didn't leave the apartment.Thanks, we can't wait to come back.
