“The location of the property was perfect and the quietness of the place . However the place could use a little refreshing especially paint on the exterior . A little welcome package inside would have been helpful .I did not like the stairs going to basements which weren’t to code with handrail only on one side . The screen door netting needed to be fixed . Although wood was supplied for fire pit some proper kindling and logs would have been nice. The inside was comfortable and clean and lived up...

“We had a wonderful stay in Granville! We were 4 adults and a kids (2 and 6) and had plenty of space to hang out, play, and eat together. The house was beautiful, clean, comfy, and we loved that it was all one level. The closets and cupboards were very well stocked, towels, beach towels, extra bedding, spices and lots of kitchenware like Tupperware containers and even travel mugs.The two full bathrooms were very convenient (I don't think the tub in the smaller bathroom was visible in the photos)...
