“Location and property were beautiful. And Spring in this area is breathtaking. Asked question shortly after booking about distance to event and got no response (I was concerned that we might be too far away; however, it worked out fine). Also mentioned that we heard something in the walls of the master bedroom two nights while we were there (maybe birds, geckos, not sure) but kept us awake. Also, got no response to that concern.”

“We stayed here for a wedding in the Santa Ynez area and it was PERFECT! A 5 minute drive to anywhere we wanted, but also the property had the most amazing outdoor space so we had the greatest time relaxing by the pool and sitting in the sun or the shade. ”

“Very nice little house right in the middle of Los Olivos, maximum 3-4 minute walk to every restaurant and tasting room. Everything is quite new and nice in the house, and the small patio is very charming for having drinks or snacks outside. Only issue (not the owners' fault, so more just a tip for future guests) is that some mornings a guy with a leaf blower will wake you up around 7am, so ear plugs are useful if you like to sleep in. Otherwise a pretty much perfect stay. I'd love to return...

“This property was great. The house looks exactly like the photos. You get the old west vibe at this place. It is very close to town, so you can easily walk. Also, it is a nice large piece of property so if you want you can just stay at the house. Also the owner is very organized. There is a book with very clear directions on everything from where to turn on the light and where to eat. I will stay here again. ”

“My family came into town to celebrate my nephews wedding. This was our first time coming and with having seven adults we thought finding a house was our best bet. And we were right. This house was spacious and cozy. We all fit comfortably and the home was very clean upon arrival. The location was just a quick walk up the road to downtown.
