“The room was very average at best. Old, tired and looked like it hadn't seen a bit of maintenance for years. The pictures on the web site must have been taken with filters because they didn't show the stains in the carpet or the absolute filth of the bathroom. There was so much mould in the shower, and on the ceiling above it, that I don't think it has been cleaned for over 2 years. “Spotlessly clean very well maintained facilities. Everything worked well in the spacious rooms inluding tv and Aircon. It was nice to have an alternate heating source in the form of a heater as sometimes aircon can be too much. Lovely to have out door seating looking over courtyard even if it was too cold to enjoy. The roses should be spectacular when in bloom.”
