“House was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We were hiking a section of the AT and it was very convenient to several trailheads and a store in Bland. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch after our hikes amongst the peaceful countryside and friendly grazing cows! Awesome sunsets as a bonus.”

“Very nice little cabin. Perfect for a few days, as it's very tight on storage. We felt very relaxed. The bed, while a little on the soft side, was comfortable. Adequate kitchen for a few meals. No washer/ dryer and no real closet space, only a bar to hang some clothes. The view is amazing. Very close to Blue ridge parkway”

“The house was beautiful and very clean. There was everything we could’ve needed for the weekend. The host stayed in communication with us making sure we had what we needed throughout the weekend. The location of the property was convenient to the new Hard Rock casino and hotel and downtown Bristol. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again thank you so much.”

“We were traveling into the area to attend the Virginia Tech commencement ceremonies. This was a fantastic find. Close enough to attend the events, but far enough to avoid the congestion in Blacksburg during this busy time of the year. When our usual dog sitter was unavailable, this allowed us to bring them along with us and they settled right in as well. We loved everything about the location and would highly recommend it to anyone considering traveling to the area. ”

“The house with the fenced yard was excellent for our needs with 2 dogs and 5 people. Only issue was there wasn't much info provided about things like where to put the trash, setting up the tv, or any checkout instructions. But the property was really nice.”

“Exactly what we had expected. Somewhat familiar with the area. We enjoyed the open area adjacent to the kitchen. Only issue we encountered was that is only one towel and it was late so we made do. Thanks for having us we really enjoy places like this. ”

“Jessica was truly amazing! She has a wonderful PDF she sends ahead of your stay about the yurt along with places to eat and shop that are in Floyd. Our first full day, she sent us a list of the events happening in Floyd that would be happening during our stay. The yurt was amazing! It was small enough to be cozy, but also big enough to comfortably accommodate 2 people. Jessica really thought of everything when putting this yurt together! She left some snacks, good variety of coffee pods and...
