GREAT value if you just want a clean inexpensive room with friendly/helpful staff, right next to a good Mexican restaurant, a waffle house, convenience store/gas and I-75 entrance/exit ramps all within 50 yrd radius around the hotel.

The hotel is okay. We arrived late in the evening ( ~ 10 pm) and were told that we were overbooked at first. As we planned to leave, we were informed that we were okay. The room was okay but that is it. Can’t say too much about the situation.

Difficult parking on east side of building especially with larger than average pick up truck parked in a non parking place behind the restaurant. Made it very difficult for anyone else to maneuver or park.

It was a last minute stay to rest from driving at 9pmish. Ice machine was like a maze to find. Right off open road next to a Mexican restaurant that was kind of loud w ppl outside. Room was pretty clean. 1 roach on end table by phone when turned on light, but that was only one. No Kleenex in room. Had to push the sink faucet handle to the left to shut off or water completely or it ran a small stream of water. So ehhhhh not great but not terrible.

The check in was accurate and efficient. The room was clean. There were no facial tissues in the room, not even an empty box. We went to the front desk but they could not find any so we did without. In the morning there was coffee in a room off the lobby but nothing else. Just 2 small problems. Otherwise was good

The property is conveniently located just off I-75. There were cooking fumes in the front office when we checked in and the toilet lid in our bathroom was broken. Otherwise, our stay was fine.

The guy at check in had no clue. But then the real front desk guy was excellent. Innlasked for more pillows but the rude lady up front gave only 2 I needed 4. The toilet ran all night. We had also stayed here this past January 9 and the. Stay was much better.

The floors needed swept. Trash under the bed. Paint peeling off the walls. Shower head had terrible pressure because of all the soap build up on it. They should fire the cleaning crew.

Conveniently located off the interstate. Room was spacious, clean, and relatively sound proof. Amazing Mexican restaurant literally right next door a big plus. Great value for the price and gets the job done after a long day on the road.

Let me start with saying avoid this property do not stay at this motel! I stayed here for two nights on a business trip and I chose this one because it had a good rating on Expedia I don't know how? When I first got there the first room they put me in the TV didn't work and it was a smoking room with no ashtrays they decided to try to bring me a different remote to work it and when I went to open the door the door handle came off of my hand so I couldn't get out of the room until the front desk clerk came and let me out he then immediately moved me to a different room when I got to that room the TV also did not work the remote and it also had no ashtrays I found out later that the light over the bathroom sink also didn't work I complained about it they finally brought me down an ashtray and then when I went to go sit at the desk to do some work the desk chair was broken It was stuck on the floor and wouldn't go any higher they brought me a different desk and the refrigerator was also broken and wouldn't work So the first night there was horrible at least the next morning I called the complain and wanted to speak to the manager and a desk clerk gave me a runaround but ended up saying that the manager should be in later. When I call back later she told me he still wasn't in was supposed to be this afternoon I complained that I wanted some kind of an adjustment for the first night's BS and having to change rooms yet again She hung up me the next time I called
