“Clean and well preserved”

“Comfortable no book for check in our instruction for check out.”

“This is our second time staying and we loved it again. The cabin is so cozy. The hosts are very hospitable and so kind. The communication is great. The kitchen has what you need to make meals, etc. we will be back again! Highly recommend!!”

“Good location, nice fully fenced yard as well. ”

“Host was very responsive and easy to work with. House was perfect for our needs. It was clean; everything worked; amenities were thoughtful and appreciated; beds were comfortable; and evaporative cooler worked great.”

“Lovely place in a very convenient location. We appreciated the attention to detail and highly recommend!”

“The host was very accommodating and quick to answer questions and address needs. The location is very central to anywhere you might want to travel to see the sights. The house was clean and contained many helpful items for travelers.”

“Wonderful property and host! Great location and very comfortable property!”

“Place was perfect for our need to be close to the ice rink. There were numerous supplies there if needed. Loved it.”

“All as advertised. We had a great stay”

“Beautiful house and backyard in a great west side neighborhood. Mickie was easy to reach had we needed anything. We stayed twice in the same week, both going and coming back from our vacation destination and won't stay anywhere else when in Albuquerque.”

“This property was super clean, also very cozy my family and I loved the vibe! We felt very safe the property is very secure. Also the host was very easy to communicate with and gave such good hospitality! I would highly recommend this place!!”

“Beautiful yard with incredible view of Sandia. The water feature and pond are relaxing. The family room keeps those views with 3 huge windows. It was great to have attached garage space to avoid a minivan preheated in the New Mexico sun. Will definitely stay there again.”

“The house was well located and kept on nice condition. Very spacious to allow many guests and two indoor areas for lounging. The backyard seemed nice, however, we did not utilize it. The kitchen was great. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again if possible.”

“Our stay at Adobe House was great, the house is really cute and has everything you need. The backyard is large and the perfect size for our puppies to explore. We didn’t have a chance to cook, but the kitchen has everything you need to fix a meal. We recommend Adobe House to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay.”

“This was a good centrally located place to stay. The living/dining/kitchen area was perfect for conversation, board games, sharing morning coffee and watching TV. We appreciated the delicious pinon coffee that was provided! My one caution is not a fault with the property, it's just something to be aware of. The main (king) bed is very, very firm. We aren't used to that, so it was a bit difficult for us. Just a personal preference.”

“The property was OK, however, there are several surfaces in the bathroom that need painting, which could breed bacteria. The toilet, after raising the seat was very soiled and the seat had paint missing again ver likely with bacteria present. The host would do well to replace the toilet seat with plastic making it easier to clean. The toilet is very old and difficult for seniors to exit, suggest new taller toilet. All bathroom surfaces should be painted with semi-gloss paint to prevent...

“Clean room”

“Needed a quick stop and found the room clean with a comfy double king bed. The pool area was well maintained and inviting.”
