“The staff are great and go out of their way to help you, the grounds are nice - lots of greenery, but the resort in not well maintained- during heavy rain, lots of parts of the building, including 2 of our rooms, got flooded. Also there's a very strong smell of sewer in some rooms that comes and goes.
Additionally, the food handling is questionable as all 6 of us had tummy troubles at different points in our vacation, and when we watched the kitchen stuff handle raw and cooker food with the same...

“We stayed 7 nights at the hotel. We had a 2 bed apartment and it was lovely. The main bed was quite hard though, and I had a sore back. The housekeeper was great and very attentive and the mini bar was stocked up daily. The food in buffet was good. The salads looked amazing and wish that I liked it. The restaurant staff were attentive clearing tables and topping up drinks. The option to use the A-la-carte was not great as you had to Watsapp at 9am for the day due to demand meaning we missed...
