The stay was great. Yuriy was always looking out for us, a very good person, the house was very cozy, if I could give it more than 10 it really deserves it, also the kitchen is very well equipped with everything one really needs, my family and I had a great time.

The house was perfect for a chill friends get together for my 40th birthday. All adults were happy with the comfortable bedrooms, each with their own heating/cooling unit, and very firm beds. The showers were all nice and hot even with multiple bathrooms being used at the same time. Top floor shower has a shorter ceiling but it wasn't a problem for us. Large dining room table was perfect for us all to gather, sit, and enjoy everyone's company. Pool table downstairs was a great option that we wish we had used more, bumpers and felt were in great condition! The kitchen was just what we needed, not super fancy but had all the plates/glasses/servingware we were looking for. Even with the snow on the deck we had plenty of space for all our guests! Pictures in the listing were accurate!

To celebrate my 75th birthday we asked our five Sons to plan something and they wanted a weekend in the Poconos so we rented the house and they planned the event. It was fabulous everyone had a great time and we really didn't do much we played games in the house we had a nice walks the area. And lots of wonderful conversation. Since we're from Texas we also watch the Cowboys game on Sunday night. They wanted to do it again next year. The house is a great size, we were 16!

Family getaway

I booked this lovely home for a family getaway. The home was spacious and beautiful. There was so many things to do from the various board games, video games, and pool table to the amenities in the community. Yuriy was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We are looking forward to our return.

The house is beautiful with large rooms and great amenities. The massage chairs were a huge hit, as was the pool table and video games downstairs. The showers were luxurious (except to those over 6 ft tall in our group who struggled a bit with the height factor). Our host was amazing getting back to us with all communications.

Great spot for extended family vacation

Older home in older neighborhood - home has been recently updated - housing large groups means continual work is needed, but it was a great space for our 4 generation extended family vacation. The property manger was excellent - very responsive - I'd stay at any of his properties based on our experience with him! (A couple repairs at this property were time sensitive and we were very impressed with the maintenance team!) The neighborhood is older, but an excellent location in the Poconos and the neighborhood amenities are nice (although lake access doesn't open until July 1). Great space for our crew and impressed with property manger!!

Nice Home, Well Located, Good Communication

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The house is big and has all of the features advertised. The wifi worked well and the host was fast to respond to any questions or help with any problems we were having. A few things I would note for fellow travelers - the pictures taken present a bright and beautiful house, but the reality is that it is somewhat dark and a bit musty. It could really use a very thorough cleaning, particularly the floors and the bathrooms. Some of the appliances did not work properly and should likely be serviced. Also, due to the "lifeguard shortage" many of the pools (including the one closest to the house) were not open and neither was the lake front beach (no paddle-boating). Unclear if the owner did not know this but if he did it should have been disclosed. The main pool that was open was pretty great but they have very strict rules: no eating/drinking, no jumping in the pool, no pool toys. Pretty tough to keep your kids in line with these when they are just trying to have fun. Even still - we had a great time and loved the location and the ample space.

Great Birthday Getaway

My family and friends joined me for my 35th birthday celebration! We loved the layout of the house especially the loft with the massage chairs. The kids enjoyed the room with the bunk beds and having a crib was very handy for a family member with a small child. The proximity to activities was great. The activities offered in the summer are equally enticing and make us contemplate returning. The hosts were super responsive, went above and beyond to accommodate us, and even left us with a nice welcome gift. We are so glad we took a chance on this property without having a lot of reviews to go on because we had a great time!

Wish I stayed longer

There were minor issues but the Host went above and beyond to fix them and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Check in was quick and easy. The home is very spacious and in close proximity to everything my party needed. Communication was excellent. I'd recommend staying at this home again for sure. Beautiful home
