“Positive Aspects:The property overall was fine and met basic expectations.Rooms and facilities were generally in order.Areas of Concern:BBQ: The BBQ was not cleaned prior to our arrival. It took significant time to clean, and when we attempted to use it, the 9kg gas bottle was completely empty. We drove to several places to refill it but were unsuccessful, which caused considerable frustration and delays.Kitchen & Utensils: Cooking utensils were left dirty, and there was no scrub provided to...

“Aunque la casa es muy bonita y amplia... no dispone de Aire Acondicionado y siendo verano hacía mucho calor. Tampoco dispone de ningún armario ni de Wifi. Muchas camas pero sólo un cuarto de baño. El precio no fue precisamente barato, con lo que sinceramente no lo recomiendo a menos que sea un viaje en invierno. Por otro lado, hay que hacer un master para las instrucciones de la casa. Un manual de 50 páginas....”

“This home was perfect for our overnight stay as we drove from the East Cape down to the Kapiti Coast. Convenient, clean, comfortable, with everything we needed. Neighbourhood was a little noisier than expected, but that's not anything the host can control!”

“Our stay was amazing, although the road noise in the two front rooms where annoying I guess it's only until the road is opened again on state highway 1. The venue was lovely and we all enjoyed the 1920s theme, we even dressed in period clothing for dinner on the sat night. The house was well set up with everything we needed, and close to visiting the mountain. I would recommend this venue, especially for large groups.”
