“It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds...

“The property is great. We live Queens Grant. This isn’t like a regular VRBO rental, make sure you bring paper towels and trash bags. Also, the dishwasher does not clean well at all, so I recommend paper plates and plastic silverware and cups. Giving 5 stars because it’s still a really nice condo.”

Gorgeous decor, modern and well maintained - the unit is even better in person. “Unobstructed, beach views and steps to the beach. Large deck off of the living room with comfortable chairs for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was not fancy, but it was well stocked.Communication with the rental people was seamless.There are about 15 steps from the parking spot to the front door; FYI.We would definitely stay here again when we return to Topsail Beach.”
