Overall it was a nice place to stay in a decent neighborhood. Our only issues were that there is no way to control the temperature and it was very cold most of the time with it improving through the night. The other issue was the vent cover in the big bedroom was just sitting in the middle of the bed. There was mo way to keep the cover up in the ceiling either so the people in my party that slept in there froze as there was no way to close the vent. The other thing was the yard space was very unkept. However the inside was neat & tidy and well decorated. All in all we had a good stay.

Great Rental

This was a great rental with easy parking and access to a washer and dryer. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed! It’s located right off the freeway with easy access on and off with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Great alternative to downtown TO

We stayed for approximately a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment is very modern, very clean and quite new. The air conditioning was much appreciated as it was hot out during our stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet and generally the apartment was very quiet. Someone did stay in the apartment above us one night and it was quite noisy keeping one of us awake into the early hours. They weren't excessively noisy but could hear the footsteps and general moving about easily. Communication was excellent. He was very responsive.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Küche ist gut bestückt. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt. Super Lage auch für Besuche in Toronto. Unkomplizierter und sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Nick und seinem Vater. Herzlichen Dank und jederzeit gerne wieder.

Weekend stay

Parking was not available as described in amenities. Smoke alarms in all units went off in the middle of the night constantly. Nothing was done to rectify the issue.

Bel appartement! Très propre. J’aurais apprécié avoir une cafetière pour mon café le matin.

Bel endroit ! Les personnes au premier étage marchaient très fort donc manque d’insonorisation.

Modern, clean and cozy

This was the perfect property for me and my two daughters. We came to the Toronto area for a girls' trip. This is a great location to drive into the city or enjoy the parks in the area. Host was easy to communicate with and answered my questions promptly.

Very nice place

Newly renovated basement with two units. We stayed in the two bedroom unit. Was very clean and had the main necessities. Close to restaurants and shopping. The only downfall that we could see was that there was no temperature control for that unit. I would definitely stay there again. I wouldn't be able to take my elderly parents though because the beds are very low to the ground.

Super cute place to stay

This was a super cute little place for us to stay while exploring Toronto for a few days. The space was perfect with everything we needed. Host was responsive (even when the fire alarm went off at almost midnight!).
