“Overall good place. More designed for fishing and sport than other stays. I longed for a small closet space, but we made do. I never did find the washing machine it said was on the property. Bobby was very responsive to our needs.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to call my home base while in Fayetteville for a work retreat. Downtown hub location made it a dream to grab coffee from local spots in the mornings and easy to get to all the best elements of the area. The property itself has unlimited charm & coziness balanced with a luxurious feel. Even being right on the main road in town, I never felt like the street noises were a nuisance. Will keep this place at the top of my list for future Fayetteville adventures...

“What a great stay- Bradley was beyond amazing and went above and beyond for our anniversary trip. The tiny house was great- had everything my husband and I needed for a weekend get away! Good/close distance to great things to do (10-20 drive to food and activities). If I could change anything I would want to stay longer! Will be back again ”

“The house was very cute and had everything we needed for our stay. It was difficult to find the driveway, but the host Wendy gave us excellent directions. Walkable to all the restaurants and a short drive to the visitor's center for New River Gorge National Park. There is another visitor center about 45 minutes away, but it was not a bad drive. Would definitely stay again.”
