“Beautiful property! Bathrooms and linens were spotless. Excellent host, quick to reply and meet all our needs. Big bonus for us was the extra family-friendly features: pack and play and high chair on site, stairs with baby gate/door. The hot tub and pool were great. Lovely choice for a Smokey Mountain Getaway!”

“We had the best time staying at this place. Perfect location and was very well maintained. The host was super nice and helpful.We saw 16 bears during the week in this location and had access to the pools that were near by. I would highly recommend this place.. the view is great and so very peaceful!Next time we travel to the Smokey mts!! We will for sure rent this place again!”

“First off the chalet was very nice and clean. It felt very cozy and private. The rooms were good sized and the jacuzzi was heavenly. The kitchen did have pots and and some appliances and silverware but no strainer or oven pans. It is dog friendly , which is important to us but not much green space to walk them at all. The reason i posted just okay is in your listings you say washer and dryers and fitness room . Also on some websites, it shows it is suppose to have an indoor pool and it does...

“A lovely view, great game room and theater. We had a great stay with everything as promised with the exception of some indoor household equipment. (Master shower nob, dishwasher and range trouble and bad smell in the master bedroom.) The ledge in the parking lot was scary, it was a two inch step up and then you had to stop quickly so you didn’t drop off! Otherwise, five bathrooms were great, comfortable beds and view was spectacular. An overall good stay.”

“Six night stay starting 6/14/26. Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High & Dry! Located on a quiet culdesac minutes away from The Island in Pigeon Forge and short drive to Gatlinburg. Steps away from a peaceful paved walk along the river; home to a lot of geese. Our house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The large deck among trees was a great place for morning coffee. Nice, private area. Our first trip to Tennessee was wonderful and we will be returning...
