Newly renovated mobile home equipped with everything you could possibly need PLUS a gorgeous lake view! Close to Green Pond, Broyles, and Apple Island boat landing. Apple Island boat landing is within walking distance. Plenty of space for your boat trailer. A boat dock is available for docking only. Enough parking for 2 boat trailers.

Very nice place to stay. The owner was very nice and prompt if you have any questions about anything. Close to the lake and very cozy. Nice porch space with a grill and plenty of shade. Would rent again for sure!

This was the perfect place for my vacation. Traveling with my wife and 2 adult children for a concert at Clemson. The home is a spacious and comfortable living space. We enjoyed the dock access to sit and relax while eating breakfast or just enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive to our messages with questions or requests. Awesome host.

Quite a gorgeous property!! Robin responded quickly to any questions I had. The home was spacious, clean, equipped and close to anything you may need. Parking was ample and there was plenty of space for all four of our kayaks. The neighbors were quiet, as was the cove located at the rear of the property. We rarely have the time to vacation, so we were incredibly happy to have found this gem. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!

Lake get-away

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location and the owners were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice! One of the cleanest most well stocked rental. Host was pleasant and responsive to requests. Beautiful setting, dock for fishing. Can’t wait to come back in the summer and swim in the lake. Well worth the money and close to everything. Thank you for having us. We will be back soon.

Not too far from Clemson, os it was the perfect stop for a weekend visit and better than staying in a local hotel.

Was in town for a bass tournament.Very close to Broyles landing.Very clean.Plenty room for two 20ft bassboats.Fantastic host! Cant wait to come back.
