Spacious and quiet lakehouse with dock on Lake Hartwell

  • **New Rental** Located in a quiet neighborhood on Lake Hartwell. Conveniently located close to Clemson - 25 min drive or 15 min boat ride. This enchanting property boasts 4 bedrooms - 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, along with 3 full bathrooms. Property has 2 separate living spaces. The walkout basement has a Master suite, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette/dining area. Inside amenities include free WIFI, 6 streaming TV’s, an air-hockey table, board games, Pac-man and Wii consoles with games. Outdoor space offers a screened-in-porch, deck with gas grill and dining area, hot tub, fire-pit, basketball goal and paved walkway to boat dock. The private dock has 2 kayaks available for use and guests are also welcome to bring their own boat and/or Jetski’s. There’s also plenty of parking space for multiple trailers. Townville Boat landing is 5 minutes away. RV electrical connection and waste hook-up available (contact owner for more information). Great for large families or multiple families. No smoking or pets allowed.

Property was beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed was easily accessible. Erik our host was very quick to respond and was very accommodating. It was a quick trip for us but would definitely book this property again in the future.

We were delighted to arrive at this house and experience how welcomed it made us feel, especially after a disappointing experience at a different house last year. The s'mores basket was a nice touch and impressed us all. The amenities were great and the house was beautiful!

This home is absolutely beautiful and well cared for. The personalized decor, coordinating colors, and light airy feeling instantly made you feel like you were on vacation. We had plenty of room for my family and their significant others. The kitchen is well stocked and ready to cook,(bring your own spices) with plenty of pots, pans, and dishware. Now let's talk downstairs...it's amazing. The kids were happy to have their own hangout space and be able to get away from the "grown-up adults". As air hockey enthusiasts we loved the table and were surprised to find ski-ball as well. Outside is an lush backyard with dense tree cover and a paved sidewalk that leads to where the lake used to be. Currently it is dry but has gorgeous views and plenty to explore in a wetland type environment. Deer, raccoon, snakes, lizards, squirrels, and fire flies were seen daily. The host, Erik, is communicative, proactive in making sure you have your best experience, and was all around a very pleasant and accommodating host. We have family in the area and will definitely rent again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on Lake Hartwell. It appears that this home has been recently updated from top to bottom as all the finishings were so beautiful and well done. The home was well equipped with every possible thing a child could want to stay entertained - an air hockey table, a hot tub, kayaks, board games, multiple televisions, gaming systems, etc. We could barely drag our children away from the home to go to the Clemson game because they wanted to fish, kayak and play at the house. The front yard is huge so the kids spent a good portion of the weekend in the front yard playing tag and football. The owners were so responsive if we had any questions. The furniture was so comfortable so it really felt like a home away from home.
