  • Welcome to Heavensent, our beloved family tiny home nestled in the woods, with a lake view of the beautiful Tracy City right on top of Monteagle Mountain.

    The Retreat at Water’s Edge is a tiny-home community 20 minutes from The University of the South, better known as Sewanee. A short trip to Chattanooga or Nashville, close to lots of lookouts, great restaurants, hiking trails, caverns, and Jack Daniel’s Distillery—Tennessee at its best!

    - Master Bedroom with Queen size bed
    - Bunkbeds in Common Area
    - Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo
    - Screened in Deck with Lake Views
    - Kitchen includes Stovetop/Oven, Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, and Ninja Coffee Maker
    - Full Access to The Retreat at Water's Edge amenities including community pavilions, docks, playground, hiking trails, and kayak launch.
    - Charcoal Grill (Please bring your own charcoal if you plan to use it)
    - Complimentary Wifi


    PLEASE NOTE
    - You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

    - NO events are allowed. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.

    - NO PET HOME. Any violation of the No Pet policy will result in additional cleaning charges.

This was an adorable, clean, tiny home! It fit our family perfectly. The owner was quick to communicate. Next time we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

I took both of my sons to have a weekend away and we really enjoyed staying at the cabin. The fire pit was extremely relaxing. Great place to stay and the host is very nice.

Wonderful little escape. The covered outdoor seating area was fabulous. Enjoyed it in evenings and during long periods of rain. Comfortable and clean.

We had an amazing stay after going to a concert at The Caverns! The property is beautiful and was the perfect size for two people. The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy.The only downside was the cleaning fee. It felt a bit expensive, especially since guests are asked to complete a fairly extensive checkout cleaning list before leaving. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others visiting the area!

Great short weekend for my husband and I! We hiked on both days as property is 8-15 minutes to both the North and South start of the Fiery Gizzard Trail…Property was nice… we loved sitting outside, watching and listening to the birds, as well as getting a glimpse of the lake. The house had everything we needed. Only complaint was the bed does not appear to be queen.The tiny home community that we stayed in is great. We would definitely come back.

Loved our weekend here! Home was cute and clean. A little chilly for us to enjoy the porch, but will be back in warmer weather. We were able to drive our Can Am to Coalmont AHV park which was a deciding factor in renting here.

Just what we wanted

We had the most relaxing weekend. The house is beautifully situated with wonderful views. We enjoyed the fire pit and we enjoyed the convenience of being near The Caverns concert venue and the state park offed a great day of hiking.
