Very nice, clean. Fun surprise, hot tubs on the roof with table and chairs to relax and enjoy. The walk to downtown was much farther than website listed, but still a great location.

We were in town for a softball tournament. The place was super close to the park we were playing at. Riley was great from the start. Easy check in and check out. The place was perfect for my girls and I. They enjoyed the rooftop as well. Would recommend as a fantastic place to stay.

Property was in a great location and very clean! A recommendation would be either more dresser space or luggage stands. Another would be some kind of shelving in shower for our personal items.

Great place, close to all of the action. Very responsive host. Nicely furnished! The only drawback is that there is only one allowed parking spot.

Our stay at the Eastside condo was all we hoped for from the laid back, yet central location to the comfortable living space stocked with all the essentials. We were able to focus on relaxing and enjoying our time together in Traverse City. Thank you so much!!

This was my first time booking and will definitely do it again. Riley (host) was always quick to answer any questions I had. The newer condo unit was perfect for our get away!! Very clean and even had hot tubs for us to use in the roof top.

We spent 3 nights in winter. My husband and I met another couple there.The locations was great and clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the hot tubs were clean. Only inconvenience was the parking. In the winter we were able to find a parking sace at the nearby hotel and they let us park there. Otherwise parking for second car was provided, but it was 1 mile away. That was a little tricky because we went with another couple.

Super great. Just a few minor things-has a 40 gallon tank but had cold water for one of us and we don’t take long showers. Also-didn’t affect us, but know that there are no closets in the bedrooms and little storage overall, including no dresser, only a small armoire. Details-lighting is really bright and you really have no control over setting a pleasant lighting scheme in the evening. All or nothing. Otherwise truly very good. Would rent again.

This condo was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do on our girl's weekend. Comfy enough to chill out for some downtime, plenty of room, beds were amazing, and the kitchen was well stocked for when we did eat in. The property manager was very responsive and quick with answers. Check out was a breeze, and we didn’t have a long to do list before leaving--just pack your bags and go. My only negatives would be that the pull out couch was not super comfy (though I've never found one that is) and the pillows were a bit too fluffy for me (again, just a me preference). We'd definitely stay here again. Maybe next time we'll make it to the hot tubs.

We had a wonderful experience with our accommodations, clean, beautiful , comfy beds, great shower pressure and great kitchen. Traverse City was awesome, just a fun time all around. Lovely people and area!
