Perfect Holiday Stay

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a last-minute decision to travel to Michigan to see our brother after the passing of our mom 4 weeks ago. Katy was superb in accommodating us. The property is appointed perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. I loved the special attention to detail inside. The interior was neat and appeared very spacious with the strategic decorating. I would love to return in the future!

What a getaway should be!

The location is fabulous, the host's are communicative and the condo is the perfect size. It you want to cook it has all the pots, pans, silverware, spices, etc you need. The coffee pot has both standard drip and pods with coffee provided. Then you have the view of the lake and steps to the beach, it lacks nothing! We look forward to getting it again for this summer and many more.

Perfect location

The room was perfect and the view was stunning. The beach was clean and perfect for swimming as well as lounging in the sun. The room has everything you need but even more importantly, all the little details kept adding up to make our experience so much better. Such as a full size coffee maker. which may not seem like a big deal but for my hubby… That was the best part! lol No need to worry if you forgot something because there was Extra spices and misc kitchen gadgets/seasoning, blankets, towels, pillows and so much more. It was all around a perfect place to stay at a beautiful location and a wonderful host that makes you feel comfortable with prompt communication.

Perfect Place to Relax

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! I wanted a place to get away and relax on the water. The condo was the perfect size, clean and the location on the beach was beautiful. There are so many things to do within an hour’s drive…wine tasting, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Petoskey and many farm markets. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you Katy for everything!

Great condo and great location!

The condo was very well appointed and had a beautiful view of East Bay. Just as described…the TART trail was across the street and boat rental was right next door. The beach is fabulous. Unlike nearby condos which are stacked high and closer together, this building was only 3 stories tall and each deck/balcony provided for private outdoor space. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and we loved the little touches such as a white noise maker on the bedside table, the beach towels, and the k-cups. Communication from the management company was great as well. I’m picky and also own vacation rental property in another region, and would definitely rent this again.

Great location, wonderful condo!

This condo exceeded our expectations on every account. The location right on the water, with its own beach and pool, offered great relaxation options for each of us. The condo itself was the perfect size for our family of four. It was incredibly clean, very well maintained and offered a kitchen with every accomodation/dish/utensil you could need. My wife and I enjoyed our morning cups of coffees on the balcony overlooking the water each day. In the evening we could drink wine and watch the sunset. Lastly, the proxomity to downtown Traverse city was very convenient. It was about a 8-10 minute drive into town, very easy to get to shopping, dining or entertainment activities. Honestly, could not have asked for anything more!

Second time we stayed in this building. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Only wish the shower was bigger, soaker tub did make up for it. Property better taken care of than next door at Pennisula Bay- where we normally stay.

Very Nice

The property was just as described. It was clean, well maintained and cozy. The location was great with a very nice beach, beautiful view and relaxing pool. It was close to downtown but the beach was not busy. My family and I enjoyed having both the beach and the pool as well as the water sports rental hut right there. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a relaxing weekend.

A great place to get away…

Condo is very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home. Lovely view of the bay from the outside deck, living room and kitchen. Easy access to the beach. Great location with a Bob Evans just across the street. Appreciated the close communication with our host, Katy. A great variety of things to see and do in the area. Would love to visit again.

Nice place with everything you need

Condo was exactly as pictured, clean and well appointed with everything one needs including dishes, laundry detergent and towels. Property manager was very responsive. Check-in was very smooth. Location is very good and close to lots of restaurants. Enjoyed our two week stay.
