Lakeside relaxing

This immaculate place has great coastal decor, modern appliances, and well equipped kitchen. Watching lake activities from the balcony was very relaxing. Loved the spacious shower, so much better than the units with large soaking tubs. My only suggestion is to bring eye masks if you plan to sleep in, as the uncovered arch windows let in a lot of light this time of year. Thankful for the white noise machine and earplugs to block road noise. We would definitely stay again.

Family trip to Traverse City

What an adorable condo -- it was exactly as described right on the water. We could walk along the beach or take longer walks on the sidewalk. There's a great ice cream shop just down the road as well as an excellent brewery/restaurant that we really enjoyed. The water was the best part -- we rented a jet ski and couldn't believe how clear and absolutely gorgeous the water color is. The only thing that we realized was it was a bit of a tight squeeze for four of us. We were able to make it work, but with 2 kids (one is a teenager now) it was tight in the living room and sharing the one bathroom. I would suggest no more than 3 stay in the condo. Katy, the owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Wonderful place to stay!

Everything was as pictured and we appreciated the attention to detail, as well as the complimentary bottle of wine awaiting our arrival. We had a beautiful view of the lake and loved sitting out on the little deck. Highly recommend!

Perfect Respite

The property is even more breathtaking than pictured, which is a high bar! Katy, our host, thought of every little detail. On the chilly rainy days, it was a perfect spot for watching the bay while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. When we wanted to venture out, Katy sent us a list of cozy places to check out. Although we usually come up for wine tastings, we were happy to find several great breweries and distilleries as well.

Updated condo

This condo is very nice and you can tell someone put in extra effort to details to make the stay comfortable. Lighting in bathroom was very good, plug ins everywhere for tech devices, ear plugs provided on nightstands, and every accessory you could need in the kitchen. My only wish would be that the TV in the bedroom had local cable and was not a streaming only situation (the TV in the living area has both), but wasn't a deal breaker.

Beautiful location on the beach

Lovely spot on east bay of Traverse City. Swam, sunbathed and walked the beach. The condo was quiet and very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay in TC!

We loved the condo right on the lake! Very clean and modern, with a nice little beach. The beach also had rentals for jet skis and paddle boards. Nice bottle of wine was a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful Place on East Bay

We absolutely loved the place and our visit. The place was very clean and exactly as pictured. The private beach off the property was a huge plus. Katy was very responsive and attentive during our stay. Would absolutely stay again. I really enjoyed the nice bottle of wine left for me upon arrival too.

Beautiful Traverse City Area Condo

My husband and I stayed at #321 for three nights last week and really loved it. The condo was very clean and spacious. It also looked newly remodeled. The view of Grand Traverse Bay from the living room and kitchen was fabulous. There is also a small balcony with a table and two chairs that would be great to sit outside and enjoy the view of the water, when it’s warmer outside. I really liked that it is a corner unit which filled the condo with natural light. It was very helpful that the linens, towels, and paper products were all provided. The handwritten note and welcome bottle of wine on the counter were really appreciated. As were the earplugs on the night stands, since the bedroom is on the busy and noisy road side of the building. The only draw back for me was that shades in the bedroom were not blackout shades. Not being a morning person, I would prefer to not be awakened with the sunrise, Otherwise, the unit was perfect and I hope to stay there again the next time we travel to the area

Long weekend stay

My husband and I spent our anniversary in Traverse City, and we put a lot of thought into our rental location and its cost. We both agreed this condo was perfect in proximity (we have stayed in downtown TC before) to everything we did from coffee to cocktails. One review mentioned blackout shades, but I can confirm they aren’t blackout in the bedroom. The noise machine came in handy, but we also have lived in a main road before so the traffic wasn’t too disruptive. The space was extremely clean and well thought out. We ate out most of the time, but we did use the tea kettle, coffee maker, and a few dishes. The little things we appreciated were… -tissue available throughout the condo -plenty of garbage cans -extra pillows and blankets - shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided -everything was full (ie soap dispensers, toilet paper backstock, cleaning supplies, etc.) as if we were the first person to stay in the condo -the checkout list was not daunting or overwhelming so we could enjoy the last morning of our stay One more note…We did end up bringing home all of our recyclables because we didn’t see an option for that during our stay.

Highly Recommend

We booked this condo for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is beautiful, has a great view (even in the winter!) and was exactly as shown in the pictures. Katy, our host, remained in contact and graciously left a bottle of wine for us :) I would 100% stay again and highly recommend it.
