The look of this condo was terrific. It was tasteful in every way, from the view from the balcony to the look of the fireplace. Just as important, there was real attention to detail. There was a box of tissues, for example, and filters for the coffee maker. This marked my first experience with 'no key' admission, and that process was flawless. My only suggestion is to point out that the entrance to this lovely condo complex is poorly marked, and that first timers like me will struggle to make the proper approach the first time...

We wanted a weekend stay in Traverse City that was nice and relaxing, this place was perfect!It was convenient to places we wanted to go and being right on the water was just so amazing! We had a glass of wine out on the deck the first night and enjoyed stargazing and listening to the waves.We sat on the beach for a while during the day. So relaxing!The unit was spacious and has everything we needed for a weekend stay. Will definitely come back!

Holiday break

The unit was as advertised, and perfect for an after-Christmas getaway. Loved the view. The listing mentions the traffic noise, which wasn't too bad given the off-season. The tub was awesome but the bathroom overall was a bit dated. The couch does need replacing. The kitchen was well equipped and the welcome wone appreciated.

Beautiful Location

What a wonderful place to stay in TC. Communication with the owner was outstanding. The condo was furnished with everything we needed. Waking each day to the sound of water lapping the beach.....just wonderful! Can't wait to return!

Perfect Getaway

The Condo was perfect! The setup of the living room was cozy. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed. The beds were very comfortable. And best of all, the view of the bay/beach from the condo was legendary. The beach was perfect and the shallowness of the lake allowed us to wade 100ft in. The only item to consider and it is mentioned by others, the road traffic sounds seep through to the bedroom. The owners provided ear plugs but a loud box fan covers the sound (what we used).

Friendly, Fun and Fabulous Get Away!

You wont go wrong booking this lovely space in Traverse City! Nicely decorated, perfectly located... this cute condo is perfect for a couple ready to enjoy the area. Coming in from California, we found Traverse City to be very friendly, with lots of great food options, and a vibrant downtown area. And yes, even the local wine was top notch! The beach (just steps from our condo) gave us ample ways to enjoy our visit... from jet skiing, to swimming, to laughing with other guests and enjoying the resident ducks. Coffee each morning on the balcony was a bonus. Katy was a consummate host - thank you for the local wine and winery suggestions. We'll definitely be back!!

Beautiful!!!

I am so please with our stay, the apartment was so clean and beautiful and they had everything you could ever need. I would 100% stay here again. It’s also in a great location and not far from the dunes, downtown and mission point. Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Great spot!

With the ugly weather, it was nice to have a unit w a fireplace. This 1 bedroom is well-sized and convenient to the various peninsulas, downtown TC and even Sleeping Bear Dunes. Katie is super responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful views, beautiful Condo!

I’ve stayed at these condos twice this year, both units managed by the same property manager. They were both very clean and very nice! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you’ll need to make a meal of any type. The bathroom was very clean and the large jacuzzi tub was perfection! The condo itself was nicely done and very well kept cozy. I had a great trip and the condo made me smile every time I walked back in to it. I highly recommend this place, especially if Katy is the one managing the unit.

Beautiful view of East Bay!

Nice weekend getaway for 2. The condo was very clean with an amazing balcony view over the east TC bay. The listing says that it is not updated, but it didn't feel that way except for the bathroom which does need some updating. Otherwise it was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The listing says that it is right on 31, and you can hear the traffic, but we brought a portable fan which worked well. The host also left disposable ear plugs. We spent some time on the beach right outside the resort, in town shopping and eating, and also visited Sleeping Bear Dunes. This condo is a part of The Beach Condo Hotel and the outside of the resort was fairly run down and desperately needed some work, but the condo itself was very nice. Our favorite part was the view and we would stay here again.

Up north retreat

We absolutely loved our stay in Traverse City. The condo was exactly as described, very clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the management company was excellent. Check in and check out seamless. There is so much to do around the Traverse City area, and this is a great location for access to the wineries, the bike trails, and everything that makes Traverse City a great destination. Already looking to book again.

Great Condo

My husband and I wanted to go on a road trip and booked last minute. Communication with Katy was quick and she answered any questions we had. This condo looks exactly like the photos. The view was gorgeous. So many personal touches made it feel very homey. Great location. Private beach. Great restaurants and we even rented a boat one day to enjoy the bay area. I would definitely book again.

West Bay Retreat

Simply love Traverse City and this condo made us feel at home. Everything you need with a great view and beach. Pool is good but hot tub jets have not been working for sometime according to owners. We also found the wifi very unreliable which made it hard being on a working vacation.

Mostly a great experience.

The condo was beautiful, comfortable and on a beautiful beach. We would give it a 100% rating but for a couple minor issues. The shower head was broken and we were unable to use the shower the first night. To the credit of the owner, it was fixed within 24 hours. The only other issue we had was feeling "nickled and dimed" when we dropped and broke a tumbler in the kitchen and we were surcharged $10! That seemed not only nit-pickey (especially in light of the broken shower head) but also a ridiculous amount of money for what looked like a Target-type drinking glass. Otherwise, we had a great experience and would recommend to others.

Summer in northern Michigan

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Upon arrival the condo was accurate to the description and very clean. Both the beach and pool areas of this condo are really nice and well kept. Location the condo was perfect for us as anywhere we wanted to go was no more than a 20 minute drive. We would definitely like to stay here again upon our next visit to TC!
