Awesome get-away

Clean, quiet, beautiful decor and every thing we needed. I particularly liked this unit because of the sunshine. It was a quick walk to downtown to great restuarants and shops.

Be prepared for a switch

We were 2 hours away from our destination when we received notification that our rental had no heat. Hard to believe as this was a condo in a multiple unit building. We were offered 3 potions to take or cancel our stay, we took the nearest where we wanted to be. An older home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom on the 1st floor. Not bad but bathroom was difficult to access. So last minute we had to cancel and find a hotel. Not fun. Management company agents were difficult to understand and were very uninformed about the issue regarding the heat, we could never get a straight answer on why we were cancelled.

Relaxing, clean, comfy nice place to stay

I enjoyed my stay in this modern clean second level one bedroom condo within walking distance of the Village Commons and downtown Traverse City. Good amount of large windows to let in lots of natural light. Nice larger size shower and bath. Very clean. Katy was very responsive once connected to the Internet. I’d stay there again. I was a little confused finding the exterior door to the building that led up to my condo unit.

Great property in walking distance to most TC restaurants and bars! I’d definitely stay here again - clean, quiet and well maintained. The property manager did a great job communicating all details (check-in/out, parking, etc). We certainly enjoyed our stay!

Great place!

Wonderful weekend up north!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Our only issue was the street noise that went throughout the night. If your used to city noise, it won’t be an issue. We just aren’t used to it so we lost some sleep. Beautiful stay overall!

Amazing Location

If you want to be in the heart of it all stay here. A very clean and very comfortable place to stay with thoughtful amenities. There were plenty of paper supplies and coffee for our first morning. There were lots of very nice towels and other linens. For me, the parking situation was not desirable and neither were the stairs for packing and unpacking purposes, but if that kind of thing won’t bother you, I highly recommend this five star spot.

Larger than it looks!

Perfect location, lots of windows -bright and modern decor. Furnished nicely. Newer appliances and the washer dryer was such a plus. The parking pass was not expected but such a bonus!! Thanks to the host for supplying paper towels, dish soap starter coffee pods, salt /pepper etc-and of course the great bottle of wine!! Nice touch and appreciated

Little gem in downtown TC

We really enjoyed the condo itself is stunning. We found everything we needed. Bed was comfortable too. Parking was a little challenging having to walk over to the structure and park on the third floor every time we went out but not that big of a deal. Great location, walkable to Front St and many restaurants and bars. We will book here again.

Had a lovely stay in this Traverse City condo. Great location close of downtown shopping and dining. Clean, new, quiet, and comfortable. Had all the nice touches like soft towels and Kleenexes. Tastefully decorated. Good communication with the property manager. Would stay again.

Perfect place for a girls weekend!

We arrived to a lovely condo on Friday evening, with a bottle of wine waiting for us. The weather for the weekend was a bonus as it was a picture perfect weekend to go wining. The condo is exactly as the pictures show - its really a beautiful place. I stay again in the future and recommend others to do the same.

Beautiful Fall Getaway!

My husband & I took advantage of the beautiful fall weather and spent 2 nights in this condo, which was perfect walking distance to the shops & restaurants of downtown Traverse City. The condo was completely furnished, *very clean, and attractively decorated. Best 2 night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time in the comfortable king size bed! Thank you for being easily accessible to communicate with Katy. We look forward to staying there again!

First time in MI!

This was the perfect location for my first time visiting Michigan! Easy drives to Sleeping Bear, Mission Point, Torch Lake, etc Plus lots of great shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance! Condo was perfect…clean, cozy, well appointed, and the hosts were very helpful with recommendations, and super quick to respond to questions! Will be back next year!

Traverse City Sept 2022

The unit is very comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring Traverse City. There is no elevators so toting suitcases is taxing. The second day, I washed three loads of laundry before I learned the dryer did not work properly, requiring toting the wet laundry to s laundromat. I was told repairman would be sent (did not happen) and that we would be compensated for our inconvenience (not so far). There were only 4 coffee cups and VERY limited silverware, requiring operating the dishwasher every two days with very little in it—not eco friendly.

Perfect Little Bundle

This space was the perfect size for a couple's getaway. Very clean and modern. The location was great-just a couple blocks from downtown. We enjoyed being able to keep our car parked and walk to all our restaurant, shopping and bar destinations. I would highly recommend this space and location to anyone!

Made plans to visit TC on short notice. Property was as advertised, very convenient access process, clean, quiet, and walking distance to downtown and the lake. Communication with management was easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!
