This is a cute little space in a great location! It was really cold, and there were 0 blankets available other than a thin quilt on the bed. There were also only two very flimsy pillows on the bed, and 0 extras. The decorative pillows were dirty and stained. The bed and couch were so uncomfortable, we left after the first night. Please please upgrade the comfortable surfaces in here, you could charge more. There's so much storage, add some blankets and pillows. Michigan is cold.

Beautiful home in Traverse City

We loved our stay here! Beautiful, clean, well equiped. We loved being able to easily walk downtown for dinner and shopping. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Host was excellent with communication. Will book again when we return to TC.

Great location, perfect for two. The only suggestion would be a free standing closet or additional sturdy hooks rather than decoratve shelf in main room. Otherwise a great stay in Traverse City. Thank you. I will recommend your charming Victorian!

A great central location with a beautiful interior. We had two issues…no toilet paper and the Roku wouldn't work on the tv. Toilet paper was delivered promptly and the owner came and worked out a solution for the tv. It’s a beautiful comfortable apartment and we wouldn’t hesitate staying there again. Thank you for the attention to detail!

Very Lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is very clean and has a pleasant scent. Everything you need is pretty much there, and the backyard is lovely. Location is basically perfect. Host was easy to contact. Give this place a try :)

Cozy little apartment

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. It's quiet and peaceful. The space has some intricate details to it. It's very cozy and comfortable with the convenience of a full kitchen and plenty of space.

Fit our needs + location was great!

All the basics were covered and the detail/architecture of the interior and exterior were beautiful - definitely a perk! A couple small notes that there are two sleeping pillows, (which some might find limiting) and the outdoor light is quite bright through the front door window at night. Otherwise, a good stay for a weekend getaway to TC!

Adorable Stay

This house is in a perfect central location and has tons of charm. The house was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Only reason this was not a 5 star stay, is due to the driveway not being plowed when we arrived. The property manager responded right away, however the driveway did not get plowed until the following day. Otherwise our stay was wonderful!

Loved our stay!

My daughter and I enjoyed this property. Great location downtown in a beautiful neighborhood that was close to all the action but quiet enough to relax. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed, comfy bed and well equipped cute compact kitchen. It is a duplex so you do hear some noise from the other tenants but that was not a issue for us. Good communication from the owner also. The perfect place for a weekend get away in Traverse City for two!

Absolutely phenomenal

First time booking here and I had an absolutely incredible experience. I stayed for 6 nights with my fiancé. The property has everything one would need. Extremely clean, updated utilities, everything you need is in stock, very gorgeous historical interior with a nice back area and a fire pit. Host is very professional and responsive. It’s also within walking distance of downtown and right by Grand Traverse Commons so it’s extremely convenient if you’re running errands downtown and need to stop at the house to drop something off without letting it sit in the heat. My fiancée and I are set on booking here every year for our yearly trips here. I absolutely recommend this, especially for anyone wanting to stay within walking distance of downtown. It’s great to see people still handling business well like this. Would rate 6 stars if I could!
