Great location with great communication

Location is great , just a hop skip and jump from all the stores and restaurants on Front Street. Communication with the host was awesome from booking , to checkin and checkout. Will definitely look to book this location again.

Great place and convenient

Very nice place, clean, convenient location. The parking might be a little awkward if you had a large vehicle but we have a midsize SUV and it was fine. Traverse City is such a beautiful place.

Great 2BD+2Bath Location

For two couples, this two bedroom two bath option was awesome for our weekend away. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and snacks. Only complaint is that the living room furniture was not the most comfortable, but we did not spend that much time inside since we were in beautiful northern Michigan.

Long weekend getaway

Great CLEAN condo. Very nice with great location. The manager is very nice and communicates well. The condo has everything you need (might need an extra oven pan or two if you cook) including a great kitchen. The oven is very nice and I cook almost every meal there nicely! I would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A wonderful condo in Traverse City

This condo was exactly as pictured....extremely clean, nicely decorated and in a perfect location! We loved using it as our home base as we visited wineries in both peninsulas and the downtown area. The condo was well stocked with anything you might need. We definitely plan on staying here again!

The property was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was clean, quiet and within walking distance to downtown. We had a really great time. Conrad was kind and quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again and recommend family and friends!

My family had such a nice stay in Traverse City. The location is perfect and everything is within a few minutes drive or slightly longer walk. Additionally, it was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in.

Summer vacation

This was almost too good to be true- except it was true! It was exactly as pictured, so cute and spotless. Check-in was seamless and you don't need to meet up with anyone which makes it easier knowing you're not racing against the clock. This place is directly across the street from the Bayline. It's the local shuttle in Traverse City and it's free! It's like having a designated driver if you're into that kind of thing ;) You are also about a two minute walk from a beach- there are many but we ended up just going to the closest one. Starbuck's is a block down. I could go on. I was honestly shocked to get a place on Front street this nice during prime summer days for this price. It was just me and one friend so if you had one or two more people, it would be even cheaper. Basically, just bring your clothes. Lol Everything else is there- washer/dryer, everything you need to cook and eat in if you want, Netflix and about 8,000 other things to watch from what I could tell and beach towels- brand, new, clean beach towels!!! I was thrilled since I forgot mine. It's really the best of both worlds. You're blocks away (totally walkable- or you can take the Bayline) from all the bars, restaurants, and shops, and when you're ready to come home and pass out from exhaustion, you will sleep peacefully in the quiet, pleasant neighborhood where the condo is located.
