Disfrute de lo mejor de ambos mundos en el hermoso lago de plata

Este 1700 pies cuadrados, casa de la familia el año redondo tiene un montón de espacio más un sótano salir. Hay 65 pies de arena frente lago en el lago de plata con una pendiente gradual que es ideal para nadar. Hay un patio de piedra con pozo de fuego para descansar y un muelle para su embarcación. Silver Lake se alimenta en primavera y es ideal para motos acuáticas, tubos, esquí acuático, natación y pesca.


Servicios y actividades: Aire acondicionado, TV por cable, internet inalámbrico, VCR, DVD, cocina completa, microondas, refrigerador, utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama, lavadora y secadora, parrilla de gas (BBQ), no fumar, no mascotas y no uso de hogar.
Natación, canotaje, ir de compras en el Grand Traverse Mall, jet ski, golf, paseos en avión al mar en el lago, tenis.

Área: 15 minutos de Traverse City, 10 minutos de Interlochen Academy

The pictures of the outdoor space do not do it justice. You have a picture perfect view of the lake from most places in and outside the home. The space was great for a family weekend! Kitchen had all the necessities and the bedrooms were spacious with lots of sleeping space. It is out the perfect distance from downtown. At the house, you feel like you are on a serene vacation away from the city but a quick drive and you can be anywhere in Traverse City. We would definitely stay again as the host was prompt to respond and addressed all questions/concerns we had!

Property is awesome. Great location on the lake. We enjoyed the kayaks and the fire pit every day. The house is well stocked and clean. Property owner is easily reached and answered any questions we had promptly.

Gorgeous views & awesome location

We had the best time at this perfect house! Clean, exactly as described, beautiful outdoor space that we put to good use and best stocked house we’ve stayed in! From floats to beach towels, kayaks and games, we thoroughly enjoyed our week in Traverse City. Perfect location to visit many cute towns along M22 and Sleeping Beer Dunes.

Amazing Amazing Amazing

I rented this home for my grown kids and family. The home is the best rental I've ever had. The owner, Rich, was just great to work with. His home is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibily need.So very beautiful, inside & out.

Nice property

This was centrally located for my family in upper Michigan and Ohio to travel too. It was easy to find and Glenley place to stay. There was plenty of room for all of us with extra space. The host was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend away

We loved the property. There were enough beds for everyone. The front deck looked over a beautiful lake; it was so calming and peaceful! Great location to Traverse City and area happenings. We had a wonderful weekend! The host was very easy to contact and communicate with!

Best Firepit on Silver Lake

Great location and property. Very easy to work with the owners and the house was clean and had all the amenities needed. Used the kayaks every day and had a fire each night in the firepit overlooking the lake. Can't say enough great things about the house and location. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

Lovely cabin on the lake

The cabin was perfect for our stay! Beautiful setting! Cabin was very clean and very well stocked! Had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay very much! Host was very responsive! Would love to return in the summer!

Wow!!! What an amazing place!!

We booked for the weekend for our daughters wedding. When we arrived we were in absolute awe of the view and the home. If you're looking for a negative about this place, its that you have to leave. We wanted to stay and enjoy everything! The house was so clean and eveything was right there. Wow. Wow wow. Is all I can say.

Great stay near Traverse City

We had a great stay at this property near Traverse City. It accommodated our group 11 (6 adults / 5 kids) great! Being right on the lake (and having kayaks available for use) was fantastic. Kitchen was well-stocked. Communication and logistics were a breeze. The only nit we would have is that the basement (where one of the bedrooms is) was quite cold, and there was no way to turn back the air conditioner down there. Despite that, we would still definitely recommend this place!

Out of all the properties we’ve stayed at in the Traverse City area, this was by far our favorite! The house is welcoming, had everything we needed, Rich, the owner, was so accommodating. And that view…..stunning! We would definitely stay there again!

Great house on the lake!

Stayed at this property over the memorial day weekend. The house has everything you need. The lake is beautiful. Beautiful backyard with fire pit kayaks, dock everything you need for vacation. Would stay there again. Richard is very helpful and always available.
