Great place, great view, great location!

Easy check in and check out, great communication, and fantastic little spot right on the water! We enjoyed how close it was to downtown Traverse City, as well as easy proximity to other locations. Nice beachfront, shallow water. Perfect spot for a quick we can get away for a couple.

Great family vacation

The room was clean & roomy enough for the four of us . The beach & water were great. Location was close to a lot of things but also didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere with the beach & pool at the resort.

Our anniversary getaway

Overall this is a great property. Loved the location on the bay and the view. The private beach is a plus. There were some minor housekeeping issues but the property manager was very responsive when they were brought to her attention.

Great location and nice condo. Only issue was sliding glass door didn’t lock and vertical blinds were missing several slats. Notified property manager and they replaced blinds same day but did not address the lock. Only other suggestion is to bring extra wash clothes as they only provide 2 for a three night stay.

Updated and clean. great location and beach. pool was warm. Bed was comfy but pull out sofa was pretty rough for sleeping. Nice linens. Would stay here again

Bay views are the best views

The property was clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Sadly it was rainy, cloudy and cool. The unit was dry and comfortable. The view was still so pretty!

Nice condo, decent property, feels a little old overall. View of water/bay is nice. Keurig and a few K cups included, along with very basic other things, but not stocked at all with anything else (no salt/pepper, oil to cook with, etc.) 8f you are picky about coffee, only Folgers and a few flavored K cups are provided (not a huge deal, but byo K cups if you like different or your party drinks more than one cup/day). Unit was clean and nice. Minimal needs/requirements upon leaving which was convenient. Overall good experience with unit.

Nice spot on the East Bay, Traverse City

Condo is in a mixed hotel/condo building. A good amount of families staying here. Small but nice pool and great beach. Condo is comfortable for 2. Doorwall could use some attending too. Good setup overall.

A great getaway

The room is immaculate. If my wife says it’s nice and clean, it’s nice and clean. Sorry we didn’t rent it for a longer period but did manage to rent another unit for several more days. Walking out to the well maintained beach is another bonus. Overall, very pleased!!

Details, details

Hotal website gave wrong info on wifi password. A hot tub would be a great addition. A shower near pool would reduce the amount of sand in it.

Weekend visit

Located right off the main drag. Would have liked to know more details of what all the property included. Didn’t know there was a toaster or a hot plate and that would have been nice to know ahead of time. Needed more towels and soap and coffee to be stocked up.
