“My second visit in 2 months based on my first, very positive experience. Again I booked the dinner, bed and breakfast package for a similar value to a bed and breakfast stay elsewhere. I was given a room on the ground floor close to the dining area and rear entrance which suited me fine. Parking was easy and dinner was tremendous. I went for the same walk to Chawton. A great night's sleep was followed by a great breakfast and I left again very fulfilled with my accommodation experience.”

“For the price paid the room was very good, the bathroom great size, the lady working behind the bar was friendly and engaging, very quiet area, we have stayed here before, and perfect for one night, the front of hotel looks really nice, shame the weather changed as would have been nice to sit outside, we had evening meal which was very nice, didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that, plenty of parking available Check in and out was very easy,( reception could have been a bit friendlier), not...

“I expect that no one from Expedia had visited this 'hotel' basically a pub with four rooms. They were tired, decoration poor, carpets grubby, toilet was noisy (Macerator) no breakfast options at all and very expensive, £95 per room!”

“Beautiful room and en-suite in a lodge with four others, tucked away at the back of the garden. Very comfortable. Especially appreciated two armchairs, decent size fridge and small outside area with table and chairs. Evening meal in the pub was also excellent. Lovely beer garden and attentive hosts. We didn't have breakfast as making an early start but ordered a packed lunch which was very handy.”

Literal, no sé por qué la gente quiere quedarse en Londres cuando puede disfrutar de unos días en la campiña inglesa, teniendo el lujo a todo esplendor, el mejor desayuno que puedas probar. Un hotel con demasiada historia y al mismo tiempo, un precio tan accesible, podrías jurar que estás en un Four Seasons, pero estás en Audley's Wood, una cadena más hermosa y con más personalidad. ”

“Useful location but very close to the A30. Nice hotel/former coaching Inn with friendly welcome. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast. The good size double room had a kettle with coffee bags, fan, hairdryer, iron and ironing board plus large TV. The mattress was a bit too firm for our comfort though.”

“Friendly reception and service. Room was non-smoking but one could notice it had been smoking before, every time at entering the room. Comfortable bed. It's clear the bathroom had been renovated, but why wasn't at least one hook installed to hang towel and/or clothes? Very frustrating, moreover as the (gliding) door wasn't of any help here either.”
