“Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. “Great location, close to everything, pool was good, albeit it was low season but having 4 of them meant you probably always get a lounge no matter what time of year it is! Spa in the room is a great touch, although loud, it was comfortable. Room wasn’t spotless on arrival, bathroom had a slight odour but that is expected with all the humidity and a fan that could use a proper clean up!
