“Our family of 4 stayed for 4 nights. Location is great for ski in/out at Tahoe Donner.The studio is small - expect an hotel room size.Communication with host was poor. We asked several times for Tahoe Donner guest cards (to access private amenities and get discount on lift tickets) and the host said they'd look into it but did not give us an update and ignored our follow up messages.”

“My only major objection is that we were not allowed to remain in the unit’s designated parking space after the 11:00 am checkout time. So because we wanted to ski until the afternoon of checkout day, we were required to move the car to a paid parking spot.”

“Northstar units are generally old. This unit was also old, but has updated appliances, which was nice. The longer dining table and two full couches were also nice to have. They do not have benches for the dining table as shown in their pictures. They only have four chairs. The unit was in the perfect location. So physically, the unit was great. However, the management was not great. The person who gave us the keys was very sarcastic. His office was a total mess. I thought I went to the wrong...

“We never received the key codes for bldg and room entry. Had to get there before close so get codes. Office help was very helpful. Room was clean and warm. Wi-if and cell connection was spotty but the views of the lake were beautiful. Enjoyed our stay.”
