  • Fully furnished eight year old house, has 62" TV in living area and 40" TV in Master bedroom. Internet, WiFi, and cable TV is supplied, has new refrigerator, washer and dryer. Green valley recreation facilities are available for renters for a fee. This retirement area has all the amenities you will need and then sum. Also it is only 30 miles from Tucson, AZ. We live in Green Valley and can answer any questions you might have at anytime Terry Ridenour.

Las Campanas Getaway

Terrell and Eileen did a fantastic job of furnishing their house with everything a guest might want or need during a stay at their property. It's a great location near many activities and close to shopping. We would definitely stay at their property again if available when we visit Green Valley.

Great stay in Green Valley

The home was well maintained, fully equipped for a long term stay, and the owner is very responsive! It is in a nice neighborhood, the views are never far away. A great location for an active senior lifestyle.

Wonderful stay.

We had a great experience as first-timers at this property. The owners had thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Communication was excellent and the home is spotless. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful rental house in an ideal location. Near all Green Valley amenities. Owner was very helpful in making arrangements with GVR for temporary pass. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property, quiet and private, home provides everything you'd need for a stay. Use of the garage was a plus. I had my small dogs with me and the fenced back yard was perfect for them. Anamax dog park is just 10 minutes away. Use of Green Valley Rec centers (pools) was available which my teenaged granddaughter appreciated when she visited. Communication with owners was quick and easy. I highly recommend!

The Jewel of Las Campanas

For the second year in a row we enjoyed the luxury of staying at this home. Everything is always "Just Right" The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to things to do. We have said many times that we wish we could live here year round.

Thanksgiving in Green Valley

Property was stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable furniture, mattresses, and minimally decorated which was great because of our pre-school aged grandson. What decor there is was tasteful and welcoming. Very clean, too. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Great Experience

This was our first experience with a VRBO. This home is immaculate, the hosts are extremely responsive if you have a problem. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Wonderful house in Green Valley

This was our first time in Green Valley. It was a pleasant surprise to find it was a beautiful area just South of Tucson. Our hosts Terry and Eileen were fantastic. I would highly recommend this accommodation!

Green Valley Gem

Home just as described and as shown in pictures. Very well stocked home with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful, peaceful and safe neighborhood and plenty of amenities nearby. The owners are professional, pleasant and hope to come back again someday soon.

Just unpack your suitcase— fully equipped and supplied. Ultra clean, quiet neighborhood, walk out the door and see mountains and desert birds. Perfect property and location.

Just bring your suitcase

Of all the Virbo properties we've stayed, this is the best! Move-in ready for the vacationer. Just need food. Fully stocked with household necessities and everything works. Owners are great to work with. We return every year.

Lovely Home - Easy Stay

This property was a great home base for us for 2 weeks as we scoped properties in the area. Everything went very smoothly. The host was communicative and helpful. The house was nice and comfortable. Household items from paper products to detergents were well stocked (a nice surprise) and there were lots of towels and linens. I highly recommend this property, and it is a great value.

Green Valley visit

The house was nice and clean and very well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, silver ware, etc. My only complaint on the check-in process was there was no address or location until the day prior.

Clean home with everything there that was needed. Terry called us as soon as we arrived assuring us he was a phone call away if we needed anything. We didn’t need anything. Thank you Terry.
