“Enjoyed perfect place to come home to for the weekend ”

“The house was perfect for our family for graduation. Location is close to campus. The house was clean and mattresses were so comfortable. The only minor thing I would say is there were no hand towels in the bathroom and we couldn’t find extra trash bags ( but that may be because we didn’t look in the right place). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this host and house!”

“We had an excellent stay and enjoyed ourselves. The backyard was large and the weather great. Getting in was easy and checkout not too onerous.”

“I had an event at Star Pass resort so if they would cut through the mountain, lol, it would’ve been perfect but since they haven’t done that, it’s still only a 16 minute drive. The hotel get commandeered by the event attendees and vendors and I don’t do crowds well day and night. This is the first place I’ve stayed in a while that doesn’t have keyless entry but they were quick the send the lock box code (note to self you can’t get to it on the app the day of checkout, so be sure to write it down...

“Great location in nice quiet neighborhood just off campus. All the amenities were much appreciated. Having laundry was a huge plus!”

“Charmer offers a very comfortable stay, with washer/dryer, bathtub, dining nook, parking permits for street parking, and some household supplies. Its close proximity to the street car is convenient to reach historic downtown and vicinity. Activities at the fraternity house next door may get rowdy!”
